Payments & Refund Policy
We value the commitment you make when investing in coaching and programs. Due to the time, preparation, and resources involved:
•    All sales are final. No refunds are offered.
•    By enrolling or selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in full.
•    Withdrawing voluntarily from a program does not release you from payment obligations.
•    In cases of missed or failed payments, we reserve the right to pursue collection and/or suspend access to services.

Disputes & Resolution
We aim to create a respectful and fair coaching relationship.
•    If unexpected life circumstances arise, we may (at our discretion) offer to pause, credit, or transfer part of your purchase.
•    Should disagreements occur, we commit to open communication and mediation to find a constructive resolution.
•    You agree not to engage in harmful actions, including online or public communications, that may damage our reputation, business, or services.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to remove or exclude any participant if their behaviour disrupts the learning or coaching environment.
•    No refunds will be issued in such cases.
•    We may also suspend or terminate your access to our website, programs, or services if necessary.
•    If your account is terminated, any outstanding balances remain payable within 24 hours.

•    Any personal or private information shared within coaching sessions, groups, or programs must be treated as confidential.
